CONVENTIONS

Expocentre Fairgrounds offers excellent opportunities to hold conventions, press conferences, meetings, symposia and corporate events both business and entertaining.

Such factors as convenient location near the Moscow City International Business Centre, modern exhibition and conference halls, state-of-the-art conference equipment and high quality of services help Expocentre to ensure high quality of its events.

In 2005, Expocentre became a member of AIPC – the International Association of Congress Centres; in 2006 a member of ICCA – the International Congress and Convention Association.

Annally, Expocentre holds over 600 congresses. 100 of them are independent ones.

Among the most significant recent conventions hosted by Expocentre were the 1st International Forum on Nanotechnologies; the 4th National Business Congress “Time to Endeavor”; the “Forest and Mankind” International Forum; the Russian Oil and Gas Congress; the International Summit of Leaders of Management “Leaders in Moscow” with German Ex-Chancellor Helmut Kohl, former Chairman of the Board of IBM Louis Gerstner and the 42nd President of the United States William J. Clinton participating; the “Realization of the Healthcare National Priority Project” All-Russian Forum; a conference devoted to the 100th birthday anniversary of a great statesman, USSR Minister of Foreign Trade Nikolai Patolichev; the Moscow International Furniture Industry Congress (MIFIC); the “Strategic Challenges in the Russian Trade in the 21st Century” All-Russian Food Forum; the “Pipeline Transport” International Congress; and the Laser Association Convention.
