The Department provides information and promotes the events held by Expocentre. The functions of the Department are the following:
– to provide services for trade shows and conferences managed by Expocentre;
– to promote Expocentre’s brand;
– to do administrative and commercial activities.
The Publishing Department produces advertising and information materials as well as corporate and printed products (about 5,000 items annually). The employees edit, make correction and translate the texts for printed publications and for Expocentre’s websites. They also create layouts for Expocentre’s websites and exhibitions, carry out prepress preparation, create design for event venues, interiors and exteriors of Expocentre Fairgrounds, edit videos and radio announcements, design newsletters, and keep a record of Expocentre’s advertising and printed products.
To promote Expocentre’s projects to different markets, the Publishing Department makes layouts of outdoor advertising, ads for mass media and catalogues, mobile apps, and layouts of souvenir products. The Department makes presentations of Expocentre and its trade shows.
The Publishing Department executes orders of 22 divisions and Expocentre subsidiaries.
