Dear Exhibitors!
We inform you that starting from September 1, 2009 work and service, and exhibitor passes are issued with typed-in names of the pass holder and company only.
To save your time, please send us the list of your stand personnel in advance (before the start of the build-up period if possible).
Please note that the exhibitors are entitled to one free pass per three sq. meters of the rented space*.
To facilitate and speed up our services, we kindly ask you to:
- check in the services you need in the order form Order form
- forward us the filled up form
- give us the contacts (telephone and e-mail) of the person in charge of your company’s participation in the event
- send us a copy of the Letter of Attorney for the person authorized to order services, receive passes, sign acts of rendered services, etc.
