Video advertising on plasma panels

EXPOCENTRE Fairgrounds operates the Exhibition Information and Advertising System (EIAS), a network of 50 centrally controlled plasma panels (42" ÷ 50").

Plasma panels are located in the most popular places of all exhibition halls, which makes them available for all exhibition visitors.

  • To find more about the technical requirements for video files, click here.
  • The rate covers 50 presentations of 15 sec. long video per day at one point.
  • Possible number of presentations at each point during the working day is 50, 100, 150 and 200.
  • It's possible to rent plasma panel for exclusive nonstop demonstration of a video.
  • Presentations can be denied for technical reasons.

Demonstration of advertising and information materials on displays of payment kiosks (size of banner is 38 х 35 cm)
  • The rate covers not less than 120 shows per day from 8 am to 6 pm for the event running period (excluding mounting and dismantling periods);
  • Running time: 10 sec.;
  • Location of payment kiosks;
  • Ad banner file shall be made by the Customer in .gif format with resolution of 1080 х 960 pixels (horizontal page orientation);
  • Ad banner file shall be provided by the Customer not later than 7 working days before the placement date;
  • Placement of video advertising shall be carried out after coordination of the contents of advertising and information materials with Expocentre AO.

Service Notes
Permit to place a small  folding sign stand (stander)
  • Location of a stander shall be determined by the customer and coordinated with Expocentre AO.
  • Expocentre AO shall bear no responsibility for safety of a stander.
Permit to place an advertising structure
  • Advertising structure is a structure or a device not larger than 2 x 2 m.
  • Location of advertising structure shall be determined by the customer and coordinated with Expocentre AO.
  • The rate does not cover the cost of electric power, water and compressed air consumption.
  • Expocentre AO shall bear no responsibility for the safety of an advertising structure if damage is done by other parties.
Pass for a distributor of information and promotional materials (promoter)
  • Distribution of information and promotional materials at Expocentre Fairgrounds is allowed for participants only for the exhibition period with a pass for a distributor of information and promotional materials.
  • The pass enables to distribute information and promotional materials within the venue of the show and in compliance with its thematic subjects.
  • Distribution of information and promotional materials is prohibited in the pavilions where other exhibitions run and in visitor registration zones.
  • The pass is individual and nontransferable.
  • By obtaining the pass, the exhibitor undertakes to conform to the Approved Procedure for Distribution of Promotional Materials at Expocentre Fairgrounds.

Banner on the main page of the exhibition website
  • The application for a banner shall be submitted five days prior to the placement.
  • The minimum placement time is one month.
  • The banner shall be provided by the customer electronically in .gif, .jpg or .png formats.
  • Standard banner shall be provided in three sizes (728 х 90 pixels, 468 х 90 pixels, 220 х 90 pixels) to be correctly displayed on various electronic devices.
  • EXPOCENTRE AO reserves the right to refuse a banner placement without giving any reasons.

Placement of advertising on the e-ticket to the exhibition
  • Visitors can register online at the official website of EXPOCENTRE AO.
  • Registration is opened 3 months before the exhibition opening and is closed on the last day of the exhibition.
  • The last step of the registration process is to print out an e-ticket that allows visiting the exhibition.
  • E-tickets can contain advertising in case advertising spaces are available.
  • The cost of advertising placed on e-tickets depends on the expected number of exhibition visitors.
  • Sizes of advertising space on an e-ticket:
    type 1: 94 x 94 mm, 1 advertising space on an e-ticket
    type 2: 94 x 46 mm, 2 advertising spaces on an e-ticket
    type 3: 94 x 31 mm, 3 advertising spaces on an e-ticket
    type 4: 46 x 46 mm, 4 advertising spaces on an e-ticket

  • Advertising shall be submitted in .png format.
  • Advertising has to be easy readable when printed in black and white.
  • No direct invitations to visit the customer’s stands shall be accepted as advertising.

Terms of Information Publication and Advertising Placement in the Official Exhibition Catalogue and in the Official Exhibition Guide
In accordance with the General Terms of Participation in International Exhibitions held by Expocentre, each registered participant of the exhibition has to do the following:

  • present the company’s entry: the company’s name (in Cyrillic and Latin script), address, telephone, fax, e-mail, web address, brief information on the company’s activity up to 4 lines long (each line contains 50 symbols including blanks and punctuation marks) (Form K.1),
  • select two headings for publication short information of the company in the Official Catalogue’s List of Products and Services: the company’s name in (in Cyrillic and Latin script), country, pavilion, hall, stand (Form K.2).

Technical Requirements for Advertising Materials
Logos are to be sent in formats: Adobe Illustrator CS4, Corel Draw X6 and BMP, TIFF (full size with resolution not fewer than 300 pixels per inch).
All the materials for advertisements are accepted ready for publication in Adobe Illustrator CS4, Adobe Photoshop, QuarkXpress 4-6, Adobe InDesign CS2-4 and in TIFF, EPS. The vector part shall be in the EPS format. All fonts shall be converted into curves and inserted to the layout as EPS-files. EPS-files shall not contain any fonts. The raster graphics shall be inserted into the EPS-file and filed separately.
The format of advertisement is trimmed; please add 5 mm bleed off on all edges.
