Furniture Retail Forum 2025 opened within the conference programme of Mebel 2025. This event is organised by FCProject and EXPOCENTRE and dedicated to the transformation of the furniture industry's sales channels in an era of global uncertainty.
This is the largest forum dedicated to the most relevant issues of furniture retail such as digitalization, logistics, trends in consumer behavior, new sales formats, and integration of B2B/B2C solutions. It hosts discussions on the development of omnichannel services, improving business efficiency, as well as workshops on trade automation. Among the participants are representatives of Hoff, Wildberries, Mr. Doors, leading industry analysts, digital experts, and consultants from major furniture retail chains.
The first day of the forum is dedicated to the reassessment of business models. The central event of the day was an open discussion about strategic priorities for companies of various sizes that focused on operational efficiency, adaptation to new realities, or the search for niche expansion opportunities.
The second day of the forum is dedicated to the digital transformation of product categories. The focus will shift from general trends to analyzing working tools to increase conversion in online channels. The programme includes exclusive cases from market leaders detailing metrics along the customer path from generating demand with content to organizing return–resistant logistics.
In addition to the rich programme, the forum retains its key function that is the creation of a professional environment for networking. Currently, it is direct contacts between manufacturers, retailers, and solution providers that often become the catalyst for new breakthrough projects.
