In Tashkent, as part of the Russian national pavilion organised by EXPOCENTRE AO on behalf of the REC at the INNOPROM International Industrial Exhibition, a business meeting was held between Alexey Vyalkin, Director General of EXPOCENTRE AO, and Nikolay Gusev, First Deputy Director General, and Davron Vakhabov, Chairman of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

During the meeting, Alexey Vyalkin thanked Davron Vakhabov for his assistance in organising a conference programme within the Russian exposition at the exhibition. The parties also discussed cooperation in the exhibition field and opportunities for mutually beneficial exchange of experience.

Alexey Vyalkin conveyed congratulations from Sergey Katyrin, President of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation, on the recent appointment of Davron Vakhabov as Chairman of the CCI of Republic of Uzbekistan, and, stressing that EXPOCENTRE AO is part of the CCI system, expressed confidence in the further development of traditional cooperation.
