A Review of Trends for Autumn/Winter 2023/2024: the Fashion Industry's Top Trends, Colours, Prints and Shapes was dedicated to the answer to this question. The event was organised by EXPOCENTRE AO in partnership with CARLIN Creative Trend Bureau Russia within the conference programme of CJF – Child and Junior Fashion 2023. Spring

The trend overview and the subsequent trend tour of the exhibition stands were led by renowned expert Anastasia Kotova, Head of the CARLIN Group representative office in Russia. She highlighted some of the main current trends in children's fashion related to colour schemes. The four themes for the upcoming autumn/winter season are high vibes, dark charms, e-way and quintessence.High vibes, according to the presenter, is the desire to detach oneself from complicated reality, to escape from worries and problems and immerse oneself in a pleasant, beautiful, comfortable cocoon. It's a vibe through colour cues, accent prints. The three main colours that form the basis of such a palette are beige with a pinkish undertone, relaxing green and yellow as a ray of positivity. In children's fashion today, neon colours are also appropriate, said Anastasia Kotova. 

She went on to elaborate on the remaining fashion trends and during a trend tour, she demonstrated them on the specific models of children's clothing on show.
