The 21st International Balloon Festival takes place at Expocentre Fairgrounds in a spectacular, festive atmosphere. It is organised by Europa Uno Trade ZAO with the support of EXPOCENTRE AO as part of the Mir Detstva 2021 and CJF – Child and Junior Fashion 2021. Autumn.

For four days, from 21 to 24 September, the best teams of artists, designers, decorators from various parts of Russia and foreign countries demonstrate the art of creating balloon compositions, figures, bouquets, costumes and much more. At the same time, the Russian Open Championship in Professional Balloon Design is held.

Winners are decided in seven categories: Large Sculpture, Craft Bouquet, Delivery Bouquet, Balloon Costume, Black Box, the fastest category - 12 Minutes - and a new online category - Photo Competition.

Along with the competition programme, a series of seminars are held at which well-known masters of international aerodesign share their expertise with both beginners and experienced decorators.
