The 17^th International Trade Fair of Tools and Equipment, MITEX 2024, and the 2^nd National Trade Fair of Tools, Equipment and Technology, MITEX China 2024, have opened at EXPOCENTRE Fairgrounds, Moscow. The events are organised by Euroexpo.

MITEX is supported by the Association of Trading Companies and Manufacturers of Power Tools (RATPE), the Russian Ministry of Industry and Trade, the Russian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs.

Over 800 major manufacturers and suppliers of construction tools, control and measuring devices, power equipment and garden machinery from Armenia, Belarus, China, Germany, India, Kazakhstan and Russia take part in METEX 2024 on an exhibition area of over 11,000 square metres.

The large-scale national pavilion MITEX CHINA will present an expanded range of electrical and mechanical tools, equipment for metalworking, forestry, construction, servicing, and repair from China.

The premiere of the event is the opening of a MITEX PARK new interactive landscape zone. Visitors can see garden solutions, demonstration of garden tools at different master classes, a topiary art competition, and attend workshops on the use of various equipment from leading landscape designers.

During the conference programme, representatives of authorities and leading Russian and foreign tool manufacturers and suppliers will discuss the main changes in the market, localisation issues, Russian-Asian cooperation, current supply chains, and retail transformation. The professional community will also learn about current industry trends, and new digital promotion and marketing tools.

The shows are open until November 8.
