 Show Competition for the Best Professional Meat Boners have become a bright spectacular supporting event of the Agroprodmash 2020 exhibition at EXPOCENTRE Fairgrounds.

This year the Show, organised by the Gorbatov Federal Research Center for Food Systems of the Russian Academy of Sciences, was attended by meat boners of seven companies: Veles, Tambov Bacon, Cherkizovo, Tkachev Agro Complex, Velkom, Omsk Bacon, Dymovsky sausage production. There were presented both permanent participants - meat processing plants, which are rightly proud of their meat boners and improve their professional skills, and those who decided to test their employees in the tough competitive conditions for the first time.

As noted by the organisers, the contest of meat boners at the Agroprodmash international exhibition is aimed at the profession promoting, showing the value and importance of deboning masters, their filigree technique.

Maxim Lukyanchev, a meat boner of Cherkizovo Meat Processing Plant, became the winner of the competition. Second and third places were taken by Anton Karmatskikh (Veles) and Aleksander Kukuev (Tkachev Agro Complex).
