Today, EXPOCENTRE Fairgrounds (Pavilion No.7, Hall 1) has opened its doors to MPIRES – Moscow’s Premier International Real Estate Show 2022. The event is organised by VPI Expo OOO with support of the Russian Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

The exhibition aims to inform potential clients about opportunities for buying and renting residential and commercial property abroad, investing in real estate, and obtaining a residence permit abroad.

This year's show brings together 37 real estate agencies and development companies from 10 countries: Belarus, Cyprus, Egypt, Germany, Greece, Grenada, Italy, Thailand, Turkiye, and the UAE. They showcase over 100,000 residential and commercial properties from foreign developers and companies, including the best lease and sale projects. Exhibitors also provide one-to-one advice on purchasing, lending, legal support, obtaining mortgages in various countries and investing in real estate.

The is also a traditional conference programme held within the show together with the overseas property portal prian.ru. It is a platform to discuss the most relevant issues of the overseas property market, including obtaining a residence permit and citizenship abroad. 

The show will run till June 25.
