Expocentre Director General Sergey Bednov and Regional Manager for Eastern Europe of the Austrian Economic Chamber Michael Angerer

On September, 27 there was held a presentation of Expocentre's trade shows in Vienna with the assistance of the Austrian Economic Chamber. The presentation attracted great interest among the Austrian business community, first of all, industry associations and some companies interested in the access to the Russian market.

Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Russia to Austria Dmitry Lyubinsky opened the meeting, welcomed the attendees and emphasized the importance of the event for the development of bilateral relations and strengthening of all-round ties after a recent meeting between the leaders of two countries.

Expocentre Director General Sergey Bednov gave a brief overview of the Russian trade show market and told about Expocentre, a key player in the trade show industry of Russia. He pointed out to the long-term relations with Austrian companies whose development was actively assisted by the Russian Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the Austrian Economic Chamber.

During the presentation the attendees showed some interest in Expocentre’s major projects such as Metalloobrabotka, Agroprodmash, Neftegaz, Lesdrevmash and Khimia. Representatives of Expocentre answered all questions of participants.

Regional Manager for Eastern Europe of the Austrian Economic Chamber Michael Angerer highly appreciated the event, emphasized its timeliness and said that the Austrian Economic Chamber was interested in enhancing bilateral trade and economic relations.

The Russian Ambassador Dmitry Lyubinsky thanked Expocentre for such an informative event.
