As part of the Mebel 2022 conference programme, design seminars were launched at the Design Lounge. Zhenya Zhdanova, Zoya T, Yulia Sharapova, Ekaterina Dyatlova, Mikhail Grachev, Ivan Khodyrev and others shared their experiences. There was a discussion about Russian design: how to convey Russian identity in furniture design for modern consumers.

There are three more busy days of events ahead, featuring well-known designers:

• Elena Teplitskaya, designer, architect, artist, TV presenter of the Bottomless Mezzanine and the Colourful Revolution will speak on ‘How does colour affect a person's sense of space?’; 

• Diana Balashova, interior designer, founder of a design bureau for private and public interiors, a regular participant in the Apartment Question TV show will speak on ‘Choosing partners. Technology 2022’;

• Sergey Tregubov, interior designer, founder of the IROOM DESIGN studio, TV presenter of a personal blog in the School of Repair project will speak on ‘WOW effects in design’.

On November 23, will be the seminar ‘Meeting Point. Furniture+Design’, organized by the Union of Designers and Architects together with Expocentre.
