A business mission has opened in Tashkent, the capital of Uzbekistan, bringing together 21 Russian companies in the cosmetics and pharmaceutical industries under the Made in Russia brand. It is organised by the Russian Export Center and operated by EXPOCENTRE.
The business mission is located at the CAEX Exhibition Center within BeautyWorld Central Asia, which is attended by over 200 companies from China, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Kazakhstan, South Korea, Russia, Spain, Turkiye, the UAE, and Uzbekistan. It show attracts over 5,000 visitors.
At the opening ceremony, participants were greeted by Dilfuza Samandarova, CEO of BMCA Uzbekistan, Stefan Kurtsavsky, First Vice President at Messe Frankfurt Exhibition GmbH, and Pavel Bukhanov, Head of the REC representative office in the Republic of Uzbekistan.
The business mission is located on an area of over 100 square meters and represents Russian companies from the sectors of decorative cosmetics (Krygina Cosmetics, Altri, Ladinia), care cosmetics (Nuolab, Uniq Cosmetic, Crimean Rose, Flegevelt, Botavicos, the Power of Mountains (Sila Gor), Honey Mustache, Spring, Olesya Mustayeva Workshop, Pokidaeva O.V.), professional cosmetics, cosmeceuticals, injections (Geltek-Medica, Viva Pharma Group, New Technologies (Biotime), Skinlab, Dr. Sadykova), as well as medicine and pharmaceuticals (Resecotech, Medi Craft, Photon Fly).
The Russian participants of the business mission are provided with every opportunity to work with the relevant market. The establishment and development of relations with partners from Uzbekistan and other countries of the Central Asian region is organically provided not only by the exhibition's own audience, but also by a special programme for early selection of partners and appointment of meetings.
The Russian Export Center held a panel session dedicated to strengthening the positions of Russian beauty brands in Uzbekistan and on the world stage under the ‘Made in Russia’ umbrella brand, current trends in the Russian and Uzbek cosmetics markets, as well as promoting Russian products through national ‘Made in Russia’ stores, marketplaces, and others sales channels. There was a presentation of practical results of the launch of the Beauty of Russia product on the Uzbek Wildberries platform with the participation of products from about 100 Russian cosmetic brands. The participants of the business mission participated in the panel discussion and made presentations of their own products.
The Russian business mission is open at the exhibition platform from 20 to 22 November.
