Russian Week of PublicTransport 2022 has opened at Expocentre Fairgrounds.  The congress and exhibition events of the Week are organised to promote public urban and suburban transport in our country. It is organised by the Golden Chariot International Transport Awards.

The event is supported by the Russian Ministry of Industry and Trade, the Russian Ministry of Transport, the Department of Transport and Road Transport Infrastructure Development of Moscow, with the assistance of EXPOCENTRE AO.

Russian Week of Public Transport united Russian exhibitions with product sectors for public transport for the first time in 2015. In 2019, 123 organisations took part in the exhibition and conference programme, in 2021 the number of participants was 149 organisations (90 with stands), this year it was 144 organisations (94 with stands).

The product sectors of the Week include transport planning, urban transport infrastructure, rolling stock - tram, trolleybus, metro, commuter rail, information systems and technologies in public transport, tunnel management - tunnel construction materials, insulation materials, ventilation systems, cable and heating networks, passenger flow control systems and much more.

Russian Week of Public Transport will continue until 23 September.
