The Childhood and Kid's Fashion 2022 international exhibitions have opened at the Atakent-Expo Exhibition Centre in Almaty, Kazakhstan, today. A pavilion representing companies from the Moscow region also began its work. The pavilion is organised by EXPOCENTRE AO on behalf of the Foundation for the Support of Foreign Economic Activity of the Moscow Region.

Seven companies from the Moscow regions present a wide range of children's products: Picnmix, Ulyanovsk Knitwear, Ya Rastu Toys, Step Puzzle, Sirius Deti, Leset Rus, and Anro Technology.

Over three days, from 17 to 19 August, exhibitors and visitors to the Moscow region pavilion will be able to see educational games and aids, children's indoor and outdoor furniture, baby rocking and feeding chairs, and children's knitted garments.

Russian children's goods are traditionally in great demand among Kazakh children and their parents. In recent years, Russian manufacturers have done a great deal of work to develop and update the range of products, modernise equipment, and optimise production and logistics processes. Today, their products are not inferior in quality and design to their foreign counterparts, but they are much better in terms of price, delivery terms and speed of delivery (also thanks to Russia and Kazakhstan joining the Common Economic Space and the EAEU Customs Union).

A busy conference programme awaits both visitors and exhibitors. Its key event will be the Retail Chains Procurement Centre. More than 50 b2b meetings and talks will be organised for participants in the Moscow region pavilion with buyers from different retail chains, specialised children's shops, wholesalers and importers of children's goods from Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and other Central Asian countries.
