Inlegmash targets manufacturers, suppliers and users of textile equipment and products. With more than 50 years of history behind it, it is recognized as Russia’s leading show of the best domestic and foreign solutions for the textile machinery and textile and garment manufacturing industries. The first edition of Inlegmash took place in 1970. Up to 1994 it was held once every six years. From 2000 to 2013 it was a biennial event. Since 2014 it runs every year.
Today, Inlegmash showcases advanced equipment and technologies, and introduces a wide range of specialists and consumers to the latest developments and interesting design solutions. It is the place where renowned global brands, manufacturers and suppliers of equipment bring new high-tech equipment to the market, and showcase components, spare parts and consumables for industry production.
The Inlegmash participants, the industry’s leading brands, will be able to show their customers and partners that their standing is strong despite the current challenging market conditions. It will no doubt help equipment customers choose reliable manufacturers or suppliers.

Show Highlights
Inlegmash is a key event of Russian Textile Week 2021, which annually brings together Russian and foreign professionals and experts of the textile industry and textile engineering. The Week is organised by Souzlegprom – the Russian Union of Textile Industry Enterprises and EXPOCENTRE AO with the support from the Russian Ministry of Industry and Trade, the Russian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs, and the Russian Civic Chamber.
Together with Inlegmash 2021, Russian Textile Week includes the Interfabric 2021. Spring exhibition, the 7th edition of the Legpromforum International Forum of the Textile Industry, the Inlegmash International Industry Conference, Fashion Tech Day 2021, and Textile Trend Forum. The events will take place in parallel on five sites in omni-channel mode.
Taking into account the current state of the market, the Inlegmash product sectors have been updated to best reflect the showcase, visitor requests and wishes of exhibitors, Russian and foreign manufacturers and suppliers of textile equipment, components, spare parts and consumables.
The 20th anniversary edition of the Inlegmash will introduce a new unique project called Digital Factory, which is a real prototype of a working digital textile factory.
Throughout the exhibition, a separate stand will demonstrate the full cycle of modern digital apparel production from design and printing to cutting and sewing of finished garments A collaboration of leading textile market players, presenting their equipment and technology in selected areas of the 'factory', will help showcasing all technological aspects of modern digital production.
Digital Factory will become an important centre of attraction for textile and garment industry professionals interested in the latest technological developments. Smart-T, which is a regular exhibitor of Inlegmash, inspired this project and became its organiser. Other participants are Assol, the Russian CAD developer, and KNIT, the major Russian supplier of sewing equipment.
Key events
One of the most important parts of Russian Textile Week 2021 is the 7th edition of the International Forum of the Textile Industry Legpromforum 2021: The Russian Textile and Garment Industry: Windows of Opportunities Amidst the Global Lockdown.
The forum will include various conferences, panels, workshops and consultations with participation of representatives of the Russian executive and legislative authorities, the Russian Ministry of Industry and Trade, the Federal Customs Service, the Eurasian Economic Commissions, as well as heads of the textile industry’s leading enterprises, financial institutions, research, educational and public organisations, and mass media outlets.
The industry’s revamp will be coved by the Inlegmash International Industry Conference 2021, which will run in the Achievements Hall located in Conference Hall of Pavilion No.8 on March 1–2.
The participants will discuss new technologies for the industry, revamp of production facilities, efficiency of technological solutions, the state and prospects of the Russian textile and sewing machinery market. The industry professionals will share their experience. Presentations by the world's leading brands, manufacturers and suppliers of equipment, components and consumables for the textile and garment industry will take place.
The Inlegmash International Industry Conference 2021 will consist of two main parts with sessions devoted to different topics:
- Digital Printing on Textiles and Finished Goods.
Industrial equipment. Equipment for small and medium businesses
- Advanced Equipment for Russian Textile and Garment Enterprises
Textile equipment. CAD/CAM. Cutting tools. Industrial sewing equipment. Sewing equipment for small businesses
It will bring together heads and technologies of Russia’s leading textile enterprises, representatives of well-known global brands, financial circles, executive and legislative authorities, and R&D companies. The key audience is consumers of equipment, components, spare parts and consumables, small and medium-sized businesses, technologists, industry specialists, and visitors from Russia, the CIS, and neighbouring countries.
There is no doubt that Inlegmash Conference will be an effective platform for establishing mutually beneficial and long-term business contacts between manufacturers, equipment suppliers and customers.
