Stand services

1. Vacuum cleaning.

• Vacuum cleaning includes cleaning the stand with a vacuum cleaner and emptying of waste baskets once a day.
• It’s possible to order daily or one-time cleaning.
• Daily cleaning of the stand is performed every day until 10 a.m.
• The first and second floor of the stand are calculated separately, depending on the area.
• Daily vacuum cleaning of the stand is provided to exhibition* participants as a bonus. Cleaning is done once a day during the run of the exhibition and includes vacuum cleaning of floor carpeting and emptying of waste baskets provided access to the booth from 8:00 to 10:00 or from 18:00 to 20:00. If necessary, it is possible to order additional cleaning.

2. Damp cleaning.

• Damp floor cleaning is carried out when the stand floor is made of laminate or tiles.
• Damp сleaning includes damp cleaning of the stand floor and emptying of waste baskets once a day. For carpeting, the stand is provided with a vacuum cleaner.
• It’s possible to order daily or one-time cleaning.
• Daily stand cleaning is carried out very day before 10 a.m.
• The first and second floor of the stand are calculated separately, depending on the area.

3. Keeping clean.

• The service involves the emptying trash bins 3 times a day.

4. Cleaning of glass cases.

• The cost is calculated depending on the area of glass display cases.
• Cleaning of exhibits and furniture is not included in the service.

5. Calling a janitor for one-time cleaning.

• The service means a call for a janitor for an urgent cleaning and removal of waste produced during reception, promotional and similar events held at the stand or due to fault in exhibits and stand equipment.
• The number of janitors required to call depends on the area of the stand contamination.

6. Rent of a container.

• Container is intended for the export of large-sized waste, construction materials and structures of exhibition stands.
• It’s possible to order a container with capacity of: 1.1 cub m, 14 cub m or 27 cub m.
• The ordered container will be delivered to the customer’s pavilion gate.
• The service doesn't include transportation of waste to the container.

7. Removal of waste.

• The service includes sweeping of sawdust, shavings, etc. into a container and transportation of it to a waste disposal area.
• The volume of the provided container is 150 liters.

Security guard for stand in pavilion or for outdoor stand

• Security guards' working hours are calculated as shifts. The duration of one shift is 2 hours. During the period of shift, the guard is located at the protected stand.
• It’s possible to order a security guard at the following time intervals: from 8:00 до 20:00 and from 20.00 до 8.00* (during installation, exhibition work, dismantling).
• The number of security guards is determined according to the size of the area to guard and has to be coordinated with Expocentre.

* A security guard at the stand in the pavilion during the period from 20.00 до 8.00 is provided only if the working hours of the pavilion are extended.

1. Consecutive interpretation of negotiations or official events.

• It’s possible to order an interpreter of: major European languages, Oriental and rare languages.
• Minimum time of interpreting service is four hours.
• The time for interpreting service is set from 10.00 to 18.00, additional working hours of the interpreter are ordered separately.

2. Assistant stand attendant.

• The service includes keeping the stand clean during the whole day, removing waste, preparing and serving snacks and drinks, washing the dishes (in case the stand is equipped with a sink), buying food, doing stand duty when the exhibitor or the staff are away, communicating with staff of Expocentre AO, etc.
• The minimum time for providing assistant stand attendant services is 1 day (from 10.00 to 18.00), additional time work of the assistant is ordered separately.
• It is possible to order the service of assistant stand attendant with basic knowledge of a foreign language.

3. Stand attendant.

• The minimum time for providing stand attendant services is 1 day (from 10.00 to 18.00), additional time work of the stand attendant is ordered separately.
• It is possible to order the service of stand attendant with basic knowledge of a foreign language.

4. Promoter.

• For distributing promotional materials on the territory of a particular exhibition, a pass for a distributor of promotion materials must be obtained (see the section “Passes”).
• The minimum time for providing promoter services is 1 day (from 10.00 to 18.00), additional time work of the promoter is ordered separately.
• The promoter undertakes to comply with the Approved Procedure for Distribution of Promotional Materials at Expocentre Fairgrounds.
• Promoter's activities do not allow for the use of life size figure.

You can apply to accredited partners of Expocentre AO to rent plasma panels, LCDs and other types of presentation equipment.

• Rent water cooler suggests ordering water in bottles.
• Service is provided by Expocentre official partner.
• A deposit is charged for the cooler and the bottle. Upon return of the equipment, the deposit is refunded.
