For the first time, EXPOCENTRE is hosting the Treasures of the North. Craftsmen and Artists of Russia 2024 international exhibition and fair. It is organised by the Russian Association of Indigenous Peoples of the North and Aborigen Expo Tour.

More than 500 traditional and art craftsmen, professional and amateur artists, representatives of communities of small indigenous peoples of the North, Siberia and the Far East take part in the exhibition. Participants from 20 regions of Russia present achievements in the field of social and economic development of communities, original and unique culture, traditions, national crafts and handicrafts of indigenous peoples.

Traditionally, the trade fair includes the competition programme of the Nomad of the North Russian Festival of Cultures of Indigenous Peoples of the North, Siberia and the Far East. Its participants are throat singers, performers of authentic motifs on ancient national instruments, storytellers of folk legends, bright dance troupes and the best tambourine players from the northern regions.

At the Polar Style ethnic fashion festival, designers present unique national costumes of the peoples of the North. At the exhibition site, attendees can visit a real chum, taste delicacies of northern cuisine, and take part in master classes in arts and crafts.

The exhibition will run until 3 May.
