Dmitry Patrushev, Minister of Agriculture of the Russian Federation, has sent a welcome address to the exhibitors, organisers and visitors to the 30th anniversary International Exhibition for Food, Beverages, Raw Materials Prodexpo 2023, to be held at Expocentre Fairgrounds on 6-10 February. 

The Russian agricultural industry has come a long way in thirty years, making it possible to ensure the food security of our country. The constant increase in food production and the expansion of its range is, among other things, the result of sharing experience and establishing cooperation between the companies whose products are on display at Prodexpo, the message says. 

Over the years, the exhibition has proved itself as one of the most effective and authoritative business platforms in the food industry. It traditionally not only showcases the industry's cutting-edge achievements, but also gives market participants an opportunity to discuss the most important issues of industry development, trends and prospects, said the minister. 

He expressed confidence that the exhibition would give a new impetus to the further development of the production of high-quality foodstuffs, expanding their range and the use of new progressive technologies.
