On June 5, Maxim Fateev took part in the First Regional Management Business Forum on Effective Business Strategies 2025, which took place in Kaluga with the support of the Kaluga Region Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

In his speech, the head of EXPOCENTRE highlighted the role of exhibitions as a tool for promotion and cooperation in transforming economy. He also stressed the importance of the exhibition industry as a driver of regional businesses, especially small and medium-sized enterprises.

“Today, a trade show is not just a marketing platform, but one of the most effective channels to enter the market. These shows provide an opportunity for direct contact and face-to-face dialogue, allow receiving feedback right away, find new partners, and conclude contracts,” said Maxim Fateev.

According to him, participation in exhibitions helps regional companies strengthen ties with federal customers and enter foreign markets. At the same time, Maxim Fateev emphasized a special role of regional group stands and pavilions, which make the participation of small businesses in exhibitions more accessible and effective.

Special attention was also paid to government support and the role of regional chambers of commerce and industry. Maxim Fateev said that the Russian Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the industry community join forces to expand financing for participation of SMEs in exhibitions.

“The expenses for participation in trade shows is an investment in business growth. Every ruble invested pays off handsomely in the form of new knowledge, new partners, and new opportunities. That is why we must do everything possible to ensure that as many Russian enterprises as possible use this resource,” emphasized the director general of EXPOCENTRE concluding his speech.

EXPOCENTRE is actively developing cooperation with Russian regional chambers of commerce and industry in the interests of assisting companies from different parts of Russia in entering the domestic and international markets.
