The 26^th International Trade Fair for Bakery and Confectionery Modern Bakery Moscow 2021 is taking place at Pavilion No.2 of EXPOCENTRE Fairgrounds on March 23-26. 

The trade fair is organised by EXPOCENTRE’s partner, Messe Frankfurt Rus, with support from the Russian Agriculture Ministry and industry associations and enterprises. This year’s edition welcomes over 220 companies from 25 countries. 

The foreign participants include such well-known companies as AMF Baking Systems, Canol, Fimak AS., JAC, , Kumkaya Makina, Liberecke' Strojirny s.r.o., Mecatherm, MEK GIDA, Memak, and POLIN. There are over 150 exhibitors from Russia, among them AIR BAKE, Arkso Group, Barents Rus, Voskhod, DIVo, Integral, KB-NS, Makis Ural, the St. Petersburg Mill Plant, Rusimex, Russkaya Trapeza, and many others.

The trade fair covers the entire cycle of production and distribution of bread and bakery products. Its product sectors are dedicated to equipment and technologies, ingredients, raw materials and additives, packing and technologies, refrigerating equipment and technologies, equipment of restaurants, cafes and stores, and production hygiene. 

This year’s edition highlights the confectionery industry. For the first time, Modern Bakery Moscow 2021 will play host to an international business forum with the theme “Confex. Confectionery Expertise.” It addresses relevant aspects of the confessionery industry and involves leading experts and major manufacturers. 

Traditional bakery master classes are supplemented with workshops of world-class chocolatiers and confectioners.
