Starting from 1 December 2023, EXPOCENTRE will launch an updated web service Exhibitor’s Personal Account.

The purpose of this update is to expand functionality and simplify the ordering process for exhibitors.

The main innovation was the transfer of the service to a new modern platform, which provided increased performance and security. Thanks to the efforts of the development team, a new section ‘Ordering additional services’ appeared, allowing exhibitors to easily place orders for necessary services, track their statuses, and receive invoices and acceptance certificates.

Special attention in the new version is paid to the convenience of the user interface, intuitive navigation and personalised notifications about upcoming events, which makes the process of preparing for participation in the exhibition as simple and understandable as possible even for beginners.

The updated Exhibitor’s Personal Account is a comprehensive service operating in a one-stop shop form. It will allow exhibitors to reduce time for document preparation, find and order services more easily, customise them according to their specific needs, and simplify interaction with managers.
