EXPOCENTRE Fairgrounds has opened the doors to Flagship Cross-Industry Conference of the Association of the Largest Software and Hardware Consumers – AKPO CONF 2025. It is organised by the Association LSHC – the Association of the Largest Software and Hardware Consumers and Blanc Media Group.

AKPO CONF is the first cross-industry conference in Russia, created at the request of this country's leading businesses and dedicated to information technologies. Here, experts and representatives of major companies will discuss the future of Russian IT, the demands of technology companies in terms of building a sovereign IT landscape, strategic priorities of the industry on the horizon of 10 years, regulatory initiatives, support for IT startups, and the development of education in the IT sphere.

The conference programme includes four tracks: The IT Showcase of the Best Solutions, Features of National Innovations, Data and AI Economy, and IT People. The speakers are top managers of state corporations and experts in the field of digital transformation. They will discuss ways of seamless technological adaptation and preservation of efficiency within established business processes.

The goal of AKPO CONF is a direct and open dialogue between leading customers of software and equipment, developers, manufacturers, system integrators, and representatives of federal executive authorities, which will lead to development relevant solutions that contribute to the further development of the IT industry of this country.
