The 20th anniversary edition of the International Exhibition for Machinery, Equipment and Technology for Logging, Woodworking and Furniture Industries – Lesdrevmash 2024 – will take place in Pavilions  Nos. 2 and 8 and outdoor area of EXPOCENTRE Fairgrounds, Moscow, Russia, on 9–12 September 2024.  

This key show of the Russian timber industry is organised biennially by EXPOCENTRE AO with the support of the Russian Ministry of Industry and Trade, the Association of Furniture and Woodworking Enterprises of Russia, the Drevmash Russian Association of Organisations and Enterprises of Woodworking Machine Building, the Lestech Association of Timber Machinery and Equipment Manufacturers, and under the auspices of the Russian Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

Lesdrevmash has been contributing to the development of the Russian timber and logging industry for more than 50 years. It offers its exhibitors an excellent opportunity to demonstrate their products and equipment to a professional audience, attract the attention of potential customers, and conclude favourable contracts.

Lesdrevmash 2024 will occupy over 20,000 sq. m. to accommodate more than 200 exhibitors from Russia, Austria, Belarus, China, Germany, Italy, and Slovenia.

The show’s special feature is demonstration of woodworking equipment in operation. Its product sectors cover the entire production chain from logging to production of furniture, building materials and wood products.

This year’s conference programme will include different panels, conferences and workshops with representatives of relevant ministries, associations and market leaders. The key topics of discussions will include equipping enterprises with technological equipment, business development in the new economic environment, production and use of biofuels, automation of production facilities, prospects of wooden house building, pellet market, and personnel training for the timber and logging industry.

Lesdrevmash 2024 will introduce the first Supplier Day with B2B negotiations on timber exports, procurement workshops and reviews of foreign markets. Russian suppliers will have an opportunity to present their products to large foreign buyers, conduct talks and agree on the supply of their products – all in one day.
