The 16^th edition of the International Real Estate Show – MPIRES – Overseas Property. Autumn 2023 – has opened its doors at EXPOCENTRE Fairgrounds. The show is organised by VPI Expo under the auspices of the Russian Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

The show’s aim is to inform potential customers about the possibilities of buying and renting residential and commercial property abroad, investing in property, and obtaining residence permits in other countries.

The showcase was formed by real estate agencies and development companies from 12 countries: Azerbaijan, Canada, Cyprus, Georgia, Greece, Montenegro, Russia, Serbia, Spain, Thailand, Turkiye, and the UAE.

The exhibitors present the best projects of renting and selling residential and commercial property, provide individual consultations concerning the purchase of property abroad and lending, legal support, obtaining mortgages in various countries, as well as investing in real estate.

The show is open on 24 and 25 November.
