Mebel is the main platform for the presentation of new products and advanced solutions in the furniture industry of Russia and Eastern Europe. This is the largest event for the furniture market, which annually brings together leading manufacturers, suppliers, and designers to showcase the latest industry achievements.
According to the Russian National Exhibition Rating, Mebel is the largest trade show in Russia in 2022-2024 in the Furniture for Home and Office, Interior Design, Household Items category in the Exhibition Space nomination.
More than 40 thousand professionals visit the show annually. More than 87% of them take or influence purchasing decisions. At the same time, the audience is updated annually by 30-35%.

Show highlights
The division by product sectors will remain this year. It will help the exhibitors and visitors navigate this large-scale event more easily. The show will feature a wide range of ready-made furniture of all price categories, furniture fittings and accessories, furniture production equipment, finishing materials, interior items, and furniture fabrics.
For the first time, Mebel will present a Design Alley special project, a showcase of original furniture and decorative items that reflect current trends in object design.
The Design Alley transforms a traditional exhibition stand into a modern, technological and concise gallery of furniture art. Each exhibit becomes the main character on the Design Alley, just like at a fashion catwalk, where all attention is focused on one outfit. QR codes will allow visitors to instantly receive information about each exhibit.
Conference programme
The conference programme of Mebel 2025 will feature more than 40 events, including strategic sessions, forums, conferences, practical cases, and other events for furniture industry professionals.
EXPOCENTRE and the Association of Furniture and Woodworking Enterprises of Russia will arrange such major events as:
- the 8th Russian Conference of Furniture Manufacturers
- the Strategic Session on the Current Issues of Automation of a Furniture Company
- the Strategic Session on the Impact of Direct and Unobvious Factors on the Dynamics of Furniture Production and Sales in Russia in 2020-2025
- the Open Lecture on Industrial Furniture Design on Cooperation of Students of the Department of Furniture Design with Leading Furniture Manufacturers. Where to Start?
On 24 November, MIR. Furniture. Investments. Retail will hold an annual professional conference for business owners and top sales managers on the Furniture Business the Russian Way 2025: The Furniture Market Has Collapsed. What Not to Do Now, and What Will Have To Be Done?
The core event will be the two-day Furniture Retail Forum 2025. Lessons in Efficiency on 25–26 November. It will include sales and sales channel analytics, workshops on assortment strategies, retail audit and marketing, as well as a battle of online platforms and brands with marketplace cases.
The programme’s special focus will be on cooperation with China. Two practical sessions will take place on 27 November at the EVENT LOUNGE (Pavilion 3, Level 3, Hall 18). The first one is called How Not to Make a Mistake With the Choice of Suppliers From China. What They Show at Trade Shows and What They Actually Manufacture (11:00–12:30), and the second one is China for the Russian Furniture Market: New Rules of the Game after Sanctions (13:00–14:30).
This year, Mebel’s rich programme reflects current global trends, opens up new prospects for Russian and foreign-made furniture, and promotes professional development of market participants and effective business contacts at all levels.
