We have completed the development of the program of the 4^th Russian Forum on Bakery and Confectionery Industry "Bread Business" that is to run on October, 7 at Expocentre Fairgrounds. The Forum will be held within the Agroprodmash 2019 international exhibition for equipment, technologies, raw materials and ingredients for the food processing industry. The Forum is organised by the Imperia Congress and Exhibition Company and Expocentre AO.

The program of the Bread Business Forum has been developed taking into account the analysis of the interviews with representatives of the bakery and confectionery industry as well as of media content and industry associations. The program features several sections. Each section comprises the topics devoted to the most complicated and relevant issues of bakery, ingredients, and sales of finished goods.

The participants in the plenary meeting will discuss the current state of the market, its challenges, and ways to meet them. Funding of bakeries and consumer preferences (demand, supply, assortment building) are in the focus of attention. The Forum attendees will learn about independent assessment of Russia's retail market. The experts will tell about price trends, clear market niches, and promising sales channels.

Another important issue that is usually raised at the Forum is the development of the ingredients market. One of the key sessions will be devoted to innovative technologies and solutions for a modern company. The Forum participants will get updated information about the secondary market of baking equipment, possible options for business process optimisation, and branding in the bread business. The cases of successful business projects in bakery manufacturing will be presented.

The Bakery Battle between large enterprises and mini-bakeries will be first held at the Forum. The advantages and disadvantages of a relatively new sector called bakery 'near the house' will be identified during the battle.

The Imperia Congress and Exhibition Company and Expocentre AO are also organisers of another major industry event, the 14^th Russian Forum on Innovative Technologies and Equipment in the Dairy Industry which will also run on October, 7 at Agroprodmash 2019.

During the Forum's plenary session the participants and speakers will discuss the situation with milk shortage, implementation of the Animal Health Certification System (electronic certificates), export potential of Russian manufacturers and their support from the government, as well as challenges and prospects of the government regulation and veterinary inspection.

The participants will provide relevant information about Russia's retail as the main sales channel at the federal and regional level. The participants will discuss the forecast of dairy farming and indicators of the dairy market.

The Forum's technology session will be devoted to innovative solutions for a modern dairy factory. The participants will discuss the equipment secondary market, possible options for company optimisation, branding in the dairy industry, and successful business projects in dairy processing.
