Inlegmash 2023, the 22nd International Exhibition for Equipment for the Textile and Garment Industry will be held on March 13-16 at Expocentre Fairgrounds within Russian Textile Week.

The exhibition will present modern solutions for the light industry in the field of equipment, logistics and digital technology.

The organisers have put together a large-scale display that focuses on the needs of industry players and has been extended in terms of topics. Every seventh exhibitor is showcasing its equipment for the first time. Also for the first time, Turkish companies will be exhibiting nationally, ready to offer Russian partners their capabilities in all areas of business cooperation.

Technical textile was named as a trend of the exhibition. It is a high-tech area of the modern textile industry whose products are in high demand. Industry experts estimate that the technical textiles market will grow by an average of 8% annually from 2021 to 2029. For Russian companies, this benchmark is significant in terms of the further development of their business and requires the establishment of new business relationships. Inlegmash 2023 will provide the opportunity to provide this groundwork to the fullest extent for its exhibitors and guests.

It will be important for professional visitors to see samples of new equipment. This season, several companies will showcase their latest developments. WTF Textilemash will be showing a prototype of an air-jet weaving machine, which is scheduled to go into production by the end of this year. Experts will be able to evaluate the capabilities of a smart digital sewing factory from ELFORT which has now been extended by the integration of a networked sewing process control system from JUKI Corporation. For the first time at INLEGMASH, the large industrial flooring cutting system iECHO GLS will be on display, and many other innovative developments and equipment samples are available.

An important place in the programme of events of the 3rd Inlegmash International Industrial Conference will be taken by the topic of logistics, which is of current concern to all managers and specialists of the industry. The workshop ‘Logistics in modern conditions: equipment, spare parts and consumables for the production of light industry goods’ will take place.

Another important direction of the exhibition and conference programme will be digital technologies in the textile industry. Without them, it is impossible to ensure the modernisation of production facilities, increase their efficiency and profitability.

Industry representatives will discuss smart technology in the light industry and the transition to Russian and freely distributable software, as well as import substitution in modern testing equipment, the use of neural networks and much more at a special panel discussion.

A significant place in the exhibition's display and conference programme will be given to the area of digital printing and textile decoration. The results of a study by Digital Textile magazine on the Russian market in 2022 with an overview of modern printing equipment and textile decoration technologies are expected to be made public.
