The 6^th annual conference on the Latest Technologies and Equipment for Fruit and Vegetable Processing will run on October, 8 at Expocentre Fairgrounds within the 24^th edition of the Agroprodmash international exhibition to be held on October, 7-11.       

The conference, that has become the Agroprodmash regular event, is organised by Expocentre AO and co-organised by FruitNews media partner. The conference is sponsored by TOMRA Food.

The event is devoted to discussion of the market of fruit and vegetable processing. The discussion will be moderated by General Director of FruitNews Information Agency Irina Koziy who will provide an overview of the processed vegetable market.

The conference participants will discuss the export potential of vegetable products, tell about global innovations of vegetable processing, building of processing lines including sorting and vegetable cleansing as necessary elements of processing lines.

The conference is focused on vegetable ingredients, vegetable juices, snacks and B2B products, vegetable drying and sublimation technologies, canning and vacuum packaging of vegetable products. The participants will discuss vegetable processing in farming and implementation of effective small-scale projects.

Producers and suppliers of fruit and vegetables including manufacturers and suppliers of equipment and production components, CEOs and specialists of processing companies, representatives of relevant ministries, research institutes, industry associations, specialised universities and media, wholesale and retail trade are invited to participate in the discussion.
