The attention of the professional audience was drawn to the central theme of the supporting events of the final day of Russian Construction Week 2022 at Expocentre Fairgrounds: 'Marketing. Sales in Development".

The Conference on the Developer-Realtor Interaction: Growth Points, organised by the Russian Guild of Realtors, the National Association of Home Builders and EXPOCENTRE AO, took place.

The moderators were Igor Gorsky, President of the Russian Guild of Realtors, and Artemy Shurygin, President of the Moscow Region Guild of Realtors and Head of the Russian Guild of Realtors' Industry Partnerships Committee.

Alexey Skorobogach, Director of KD-Consulting, certified by the Russian Guild of Realtors, real estate market analyst and consultant, presented the analytical review "Current Challenges of the Russian Housing Market". At the conference, Tatiana Kopystyrinskaya, General Director of PRO.COMPLEX, and Andrey Bannikov, Vice-President of the Guild of Realtors of Moscow, spoke about trade-in for a developer as a guaranteed tool for increasing sales volumes.

The conference participants also discussed investments in primary real estate, purchase opportunities and payback periods.

Today, the central topic of the day also included the Conference: “Trends and technology in primary real estate sales: a realtor's view” and thematic panels: “Post-sales support of a residential new building by its developer”, “Tying up money in land. A smart investment in a building plot”, and other events.
