Prodexpo 2023, the 30th Anniversary International Exhibition for Food, Beverages and Food Raw Materials, will take place at Expocentre Fairgrounds on 6-10 February 2023.

For three decades, Prodexpo has played a strategic role in shaping and developing the food sector of the Russian economy. It represents all sectors of the food market and is an effective platform for food and beverage producers and suppliers to meet with buyers from federal and regional chains, retailers, restaurant business professionals, and government representatives.

According to the National Russian Exhibition Rating, Prodexpo is the leader in terms of the size of exhibition space, professional interest and market coverage.

According to Tatiana Piskareva, Head of EXPOCENTRE's Food Industry Exhibitions Division, Prodexpo is a mirror of the Russian food market, reflecting its trends. The first Prodexpo exhibition was held in 1994. It was attended by 450 exhibitors from 39 countries, mostly foreign food producers and suppliers. The share of Russian exhibitors did not exceed 1/6 of the total number of participants. Most of them were large importers.

Exhibition space has increased fivefold. The share of Russian participants - manufacturers and suppliers - has exceeded 73%.

Today, companies from Russia's regions are actively increasing their presence at the exhibition.
