subscribe to news Russian pavilion opened at Iran Rail Expo 2018

Today, the Russian pavilion was opened as part of the 6th edition of the Iran Rail Expo held in Tehran, Iran. The pavilion is organized by Expocentre AO with support from Russian Export Center AO.

The opening ceremony was attended by Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Russian Federation in the Islamic Republic of Iran Levan Dzhagaryan, representative of Russian Export Center AO in Iran Nadzip Dzaborri, and other officials.

The Russian participants are United Wagon Company, RM Rail, Transmashholding, Tvema, Novozybkov Machine-building Plant, and Vagonmashdetal. They demonstrate a wide range of equipment and technologies for railway transport including underground subway systems, different types of coaches, diesel and electrical locomotives.

Participation of Russian companies in Iran Rail Expo 2018 is an important instrument for promotion of trade and economic relations between Russia and Iran in the field of transport infrastructure development using Russian advanced technologies.

The pavilion is open thorough June 22.
