On the final day of the Metalloobrabotka 2021 international exhibition CyberBiathlon “IT-Battle”, a fast professional tournament, took place. 

The event was organised by the Association of Digital Innovations in Mechanical Engineering, the Committee on Industrial Policies and Technical Regulations of the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs, EXPOCENTRE AO for students and beginners with different skill levels to identify professional competences in information security, design and programming in industrial IT. 

The participants were required to apply their skills in creating a product, service or application idea. The IT-Battle tournament consisted of two main blocks: the CTF, a computer security competition, and the Hackathon, a developer competition during which specialists from different areas of software development work together to solve HR-themed problems. This provides tools for building a comprehensive employer brand assessment, analysing employee strengths, collecting feedback, and self-development and onboarding new employees.    

A competent jury has defined winners in three nominations: “Best Presentation Solution”, “Best Technical Solution”, and “Fastest Heads”.
