The 19^th Forum of Interregional Cooperation between Russia and Kazakhstan – Agriculture is the Basis of a Strong Economy has taken place today in Kostanay, Kazakhstan. Its participants were addressed by the Presidents of the two countries Vladimir Putin and Kassym-Jomart Tokayev by direct conference call.

The Forum included a meeting of the Russian-Kazakh Business Council organised by the chambers of commerce and industry of the two countries on the topic of Agriculture: Challenges and Prospects. The meeting was moderated by Vladimir Padalko, Vice President of the Russian Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

The EXPOCENTRE delegation took part in the meeting and made a presentation of the company’s exhibition programme, including the Prodexpo and Agroprodmash international exhibitions, and a wide range of services. A special attention was paid to the opportunities for promoting agricultural machinery and agro-industrial products to foreign markets.
