 Expocentre hosted the General Meeting of the Russian Convention Bureau (RCB).

RCB was founded in November 2017 with support of the Russian Government. The RCB founders were Roscongress Foundation, Russian Export Center, the International Foundation of Technology and Investment, and the R&C Exhibition Research and Development Centre. Currently, RCB unites 95 companies operating in the Russian event industry.

Expocentre AO is one of the Association members. Expocentre Director General Sergey Bednov welcomed the General Meeting participants and emphasized Expocentre's active participation in the activities of the Russian Convention Bureau and wished the Association further development. The head of Expocentre was nominated as a member of the RCB Board.

The General Meeting was held by Chairman of the RCB Board, Director of Roscongress Foundation Alexander Stuglev. The RCB Director Alexey Kalachev made a report on the Association work plan for 2019 and its development strategy through 2024.
