The 28th Tashkent International Healthcare Exhibition – TIHE 2024 has opened today at Uzexpocentre NEC. Russia is represented by the Made in Russia national pavilion with 24 companies exhibiting on an area of over 250 square metres. The pavilion is organised by the Russian Export Center and operated by EXPOCENTRE AO.

The delegation of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan visited the Russian pavilion as part of the official tour of the exhibition. Acting Minister Asilbek Khudayarov and Deputy Minister Farhodzhon Tashpulatov saw the products of the Russian exhibitors in detail, showing a keen interest in the exhibits presented at the stands.

The pavilion was also visited by Abdulla Azizov, Director of the Agency for Development of Pharmaceutical Industry under the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Russian exporters show their advanced developments in the field of medicine and pharmaceuticals. The geography of Russian companies is impressive as there are companies from Altai Krai, Volgograd, Kemerovo, Moscow, Nizhny Novgorod, Novosibirsk, Sverdlovsk and Yaroslavl Oblasts, the cities of Moscow and St. Petersburg, and the Republic of Tatarstan.  

The products of Russian exhibitors aroused great interest among the business community. Istok Audio demonstrates a hardware-software robotic complex for restoration of motor functions of upper limbs, a hardware-software multimedia complex for remote-controlled rehabilitation of patients, a hardware-software complex for expert diagnostics of subjective and objective visual acuity, a near-infrared video fluorescence system, and an audiometer for diagnosing the degree of hearing loss.

The Russian brand MLT shows a range of products such as devices for biopreparation staining, four-channel semi-automatic analyser, and automatic microdrug preparation machine under glass cover.

SPDS shows low-frequency physiotherapy apparatus, cabinets for storing sterile endoscopes, recirculators, bactericidal chambers, and irradiators.

Medcomplex presents a simulator for practising tracheal intubation skills, a virtual auscultation simulator, a virtual simulator for practising abdominal palpation, and a virtual multidisciplinary university clinic.

More than seven thousand industry professionals and VIP visitors are expected to visit the exhibition during three days. The event is open to the public until 18 April.
